Looking up at the sky more often. Appreciating simplicity. Journaling. Nourishing my body with wholesome foods. Getting 10000 steps a day. Grabbing every opportunity to dance & sing. Prioritizing laughter. Progressing with my choice of water activities. Keeping promises to myself. Valuing the non renewable resource of time. Discovering new places. Being kind. Practicing honesty and integrity every single day. Being more creative. Strength training. Making my health checks a priority. Cozying my personal space. Valuing genuine folk around me. Locking in playtime with my fur child. Looking into a side hustle. Standing up for myself and establishing boundaries, to protect my mental, emotional & physical health. Being careful to not fall for my imagination and recognizing reality. Learning a new sport. Being more organized. Indulging in all things aromatherapy- candles, essential oils, room sprays, diffusers. Decluttering. Facing challenges head on. Knowing that I am strong, capable and resilient. Looking out for the genuine and vulnerable and protecting the less fortunate amongst us. Connecting with nature – water, earth, sky, plants, wind, sun, moon and stars. Doing my bit to protect the health of our planet. Selectively consuming news & social media. Smiling more, frowning less 😊.
